WalTech Industrial die casting release agent refers to a family of polymer based lubricants used for die casting. It provides a thin film between mold and aluminum/zamak casting parts which facilitates their easy separation.

GKR FaviconWallube S450

Wallub S450 is a water based die casting release agent, can be diluted depending on the parts geometry and weight, design of the molds and their wall thickness. It can be diluted to 1/80 to 1/120 when the mold temperature is in the range of 250 °C to 260 °C.

Wallube S453 is a water based die casting release agent, can be diluted depending on the parts geometry and weight and design of the molds and their wall thickness. It can be diluted easily to 1/100 to 1/150 when the mold temperature is in the range of 250 °C to 260 °C . 

GKR FaviconWallube S427

Wallube S427 is a water based die casting release agent that prevents adhesion of high aluminium alloys to the mold which contains high Magnesium, respect to their microstructure and design. It prevents residue on the surface of die casting molds therefore the process will not be stopped. Aluminium casting parts have shiny surfaces.

It can be diluted easily to 1/80 to 1/120 when the mold temperature is in the higher range of 300 °C to 310 °C.

GKR FaviconWallube S457

GKR FaviconWallube 6006-G

Wallube 6006-G is a paste containing aluminum pigments designed for die casting process. İt can also be applied using brush where water based release agent are insufficient. It does not leave any stain on the casting parts. It can be easily used at temperature ranges of  250 °C to 260 °C.

Wallube 7006-G is a paste containing aluminum pigments designed for die casting process. İt can also be applied using brush where water based release agent are insufficient. It does not leave any stain on the casting parts. It can be easily used at temperature ranges of 300 °C to 310 °C .

GKR FaviconWallube T-600

Wallube T-600 is used in die casting trimming and cutting process by pressing. It is used to prevent wear defects specially on the cutting edges during the trimming process. Due to its advanced chemical compound, it quickly evaporates from the part and leave a stain free surface.

Wallube S-501 is a solvent based release agent used in cold chamber die casting process while zamak part is manufacturing. It is widely used for production of door and window accessories, zippers and textiles.
