Wallube L-602
Wallube L-602 High Viscosity mineral liquid plunger lubricant, minimizes wear and eliminates plunger jamming problems inside the shot sleeve. It does not leave any stain on aluminium casting parts and due to its high viscosity, the lubricant consumption will be reduced in the range of 15% to 20% compared to the other products. It also decreases contaminations in the working area.
Wallube G-602
Wallube G-602 It is a high performance plunger lubricants enriched with uniformly distributed graphite particles with homogeneous molecules for maximum lubricity and high stability which minimizes wear and eliminates plunger jamming problems inside the shot sleeve. It does not leave any stain on aluminium casting parts. Due to its high viscosity, the lubricant consumption would be reduced in the range of 15% to 20% compared to the other products. Wallube B-240
Wallube B-240 Plunger Lubricant bead contains high quality graphite particles and stable grain size distribution. It reduces friction pressure exposed on the plunger tip and shot sleeve, in the first and second phases of aluminium die casting process. It prevents fluctuation of molten aluminium during the first phase and also decreases plunger wear by providing a thin film between the plunger tip and shot sleeve. It inhibits entering aluminium into the plunger tip and shot sleeve during casting. Grain ranges are 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
